Terms and conditions between the Ex Libris Shop, Anette Kithier, and the purchaser (the version of T&C at the time of purchase is valid).

1. Scope:

After receiving your order by e-mail sent to order [at] ex-libris-shop [dot] com you will receive a confirmation e-mail by us listing your order, the total price and a preview of your order. You can request minor changes, such as font size, up to three times. After your approval your order will be processed.
With the confirmation e-mail the contract between the Ex-Libris-shop and the purchaser enters into force.

2. Conditions of delivery and payment:

Please transfer the amount in Euros to the bank account which will be mentioned to you in the confirmation email.

Please make sure that no bank transfer charges are charged to the receiving account. We will process your order as soon as possible after receiving your transfer. Specified delivery dates are without obligation but will be met whenever possible.

3.Prices

All prices are in Euros and include 19% VAT. The prices are valid at the time of purchase.

4. Right of cancellation according to the German distant selling law:

Goods made to custom on consumer request (for example personalized bookplate stamps and stickers) are not subject to the right of cancellation.
All other goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to Ex Libris Shop, Anette Kithier, Walzwerkstr. 14, 40599 Duesseldorf.
The delivery costs for returning goods with a value below 40.- Euros will be paid by the purchaser. For goods having a value above 40.- Euros the Ex Libris Shop, Anette Kithier will bear the return delivery costs.

5. Passing of the risk:

In the case of postal delivery, passing of the risk from the sender to the purchaser occurs with transfer of the goods to the delivery service.

6. Data privacy protection:

Any data transmitted for an order will be used by the Ex Libris Shop, Anette Kithier exclusively for own business only. Customer data will not be disclosed to a third party.

7. Court of jurisdiction, Place of Fulfilment and applicable law:

Place of fulfillment is the place of business of the Ex Libris Shop, Anette Kithier, Walzwerkstr. 14, 40599 Duesseldorf. The lower district court Düsseldorf is appointed as court of jurisdiction.
